We went around 6:20... Have seen teh video already and have the t-shirt - so skipped that section. Got a free water bottle... Let someone take our picture... Had already received by e-mail the nutrition suggestions so skipped that table. The two training people had about 15 people already around their table - and the tire/flat repair guys had about 25 people around their station... So checked out the items for sale and took off... Did you guys learn anything new tonight? D.
Same thing the last time I went, I didn't end up going. But they asked me to speak at the Gear Up on June 24th (I don't think they know it's a holiday that day)
Ready, set, go! Gear up s right around the corner Wednesday, June 24th, 2009. Rev up your fundraising efforts and make a big impact in the lives of those affected by cancer. It will be an amazing brainstorming session! Dont forget to bring a pen and paper to jot down ideas from fellow Riders and tips from your Coaches.

Problem is that it is a Holiday, day after the last day of school, and we were planning to go away. So as happy as I am to be asked, I think I will have to turn them down. "They" (the family) needs their time as well. This training, 2 hrs at a time, takes time away from them, so, time to give back to them.
I hear you loud and clear Dez...taking advantage of my daughter's sleepover at a friend's tonight to go do a long ride tomorrow morning! I've started getting stressed out recently about the training, trying to find time to train, not getting injured while Im training..blah,blah,blah-Im thinking of implementing a weekly massage session to my regiment-I need to chill!
