Bike rides training in area of st-jean

Live in St-jean area would like to communicate with any who would be interet  in biking exterior coming soon, i have not started yet, training interior still.
have different circuits already set up thru canal back area fine gravel road, switch to city streets to a bit of highway, a couple of overpasses and back to gravel road works out to be 40 km. have another circuit thru city also with small amout on gravel road(crush stones actually) bath paths thru city. 20 km. highway with shoulder paved possible 70 km return. Part country roads minmum traffic.
Another crushed gravel, paved, crushed gravel paved, crushed gravel, paved highway and finish with 50km crushed gravel road. total about 100km. If some one interested
can also do St-jean to MTL old port (or St-lambert, brossard area) via country highway return via paved bike path from St-hubert to Chambly, crushed stone canal path or highway to St-jean about 95 KM.

Je roule environ 25km/heure, est-ce trop lent pour vous?  If not, I would be happy to join you and also mon coéquipier.  I am living in Boucherville, he his living in Brossard, it would be easy to meet.

In which sector of St-Jean are you living? I'm leaving in the St-Eugène area, and I'm already riding one or twice a week before goind to work. I'm going around 30Km/h
