I'm not sure if I'll be able to do it this year (I'm supposed to be volunteering at the Coupe de Quebec mountain bike race up at Tremblant) but if anyone wants a REAL training ride (I believe it's 100 km) do the Velotour des Pays d'en Haut sat May 22.
