Pomodoro - Tomato sauce with garlic and basil

Alfredo - Cream sauce with parmesan cheese

Rosé - Creamy rosée sauce

Gigi - A mixture of pancetta, prosciutto, mushrooms, and shallots sautéed in a rosé sauce

Al Olio - Olive oil, parmesan, parsley and fresh garlic

Arrabiata - Spicy Pomodoro sauce with garlic and shallots

Primavera =  A medley of fresh vegetables in a pomodoro sauce

Romanoff -  Black peppercorn in a rosé sauce, with shallots, infused with a dash of vodka

Bolognese Ragu -  Half pound on seasoned fresh lean group beef in a pomodoro sauce.
