LAST LONG RIDE BEFORE ''D'' DAY

Hi everyone,
                    Anyone interested in a long ride tomorrow? Just meet us at the Métro Grocery at 105 Pricipale street in Chateauguay for our sunday club ride. Last week we were 31 riders.

We will make two speed groups, one for those riding below 30km/h and another for the fastest. The slowest group will maintain and average of 26-27 km/h weather and wind permitting.

Already five riders in the cyclo-défi to conquer cancer told me that they will be there tomorrow. Hoping to see you tomorrow.

have fun! I'm saving my knee for next week! Did 30 km today - and will probably do another short 20 or so on Tuesday... 3 physio appointments between now and next Saturday! Yippeee!
