Hills are my nemesis. I'm a little freaked about the "big hill" at the end of the ride to Quebec City, so I'd like to try and get over my hatred of hills before the ride. I'm hoping to get some hill recommendations, places in and around Montreal with hills that match (more or less) the distance...

I was looking for an indoor trainer (the thing that holds your bike in place so you can practice indoors)... There are several types... I saw them on-line but had yet to find one in stores.
